I'll definitely come for the Saturday daytime, if SWMBO can get the weekend off work then will also book a room for Sat night.

Thanks Jim - can I add to this that we need to know numbers proposed for both the railway visit and dinner on the Saturday plus how many are proposing to come to the Jail on the Sunday. I will check with the hotel how many have booked and how many reserved rooms are remaining and how much longer they will hold them but it would be unreasonable to expect them to hold unconfirmed room bookings from about a weeks time as there will only be a month to go until the meet and they will wish to ensure that their rooms are booked up with anyone else that wishes to come. +++

I'll be attending the whole shooting match. Just a shame that we can't get that S8 they had on Top Gear that ran on rails!

Do I need to add this to the list as well?

I'm coming for sure, just trying to decide if I want to spend £50+ on a hotel room.
Saturday morning is not a problem I'm only 3 hours away, but I'd like to stay for dinner and not too keen on driving back late on Saturday night. I guess I should ring the hotel and find out what their best rate is for 1 night.
