thanks Sean, its taken me a long time to afford this, (cost me more than my first flat in 1985) its a kinda combined birthday/retirement present, your much younger than me so maybe when I get to the age where the Honda Jazz is my choice (seems to be the transport of choice of old codgers) I might be able to pass it on for Forum members discount+++

Quite a lot of mercs also have oil filter on top. Just did oil change to friends CLK 320 this morning.

One unusual thing I noticed that have not seen before is that it has coiled pipe in windscreen washer fluid reservoir which has coolant running through it so keeps washer fluid warm in winter.

Ze Germans zink of everyzink. Having said that I wonder how that sits with the screen wash related legionaries problem.
