that would be great, we are due to have another "Mini Jock Meet" in the spring which means the weather has a better chance of being fair I guess. +++ we could certainly include a "master class" from you in the schedule I am sure.:D

cheers

Not sure it could be called a master class :tuttut: but I'm sure I could give a few pointers in the right direction +++

Now this is what you call rear legroom with an 8 stone Akita to keep your toes warm as you sit on the hard shoulder in your RR Classic waiting for the tow truck

Shame you are having to part with it, what mods does it have?

In partial answer to your question -

Mainly engine mods
4BBL Holley (manual choke) on Offenhauser 360 inlet manifold & heat insulator. matched manifolds
Full balance, lightened & nitride 10/10 R/G on crank
SD1 conrods (instead of the rubber P5B ones)
10.5:1 +020 pistons (forged)
Spike Anderson (of Samuri fame, for those that remember him - what a bloke!) Cylinder head rework in exhaust finish. - matched chambers adjusted to run on 4 star (premium unleaded really, being ali heads must have steel inserts).
Steel duplex vernier timing gears
Crane H200 Cam
Crane anti-pump lifters (will rev to 7k)
Lumenition
Stainless flexi fan (sounds great)
Baffled sump

biggest problem is that it destroys gearboxes (BW35 Jag 4.2 internals) & diffs (same as Range Rover (3.54:1) if showing up the local boy racers a bit too often..........

I could let you have my Land8 for the wk-end Sir and you could go back to thinking the Range is a luxury car again

Funnily enough, as I was reading down the list I was thinking about the gearbox. Sounds like an awesome set-up +++

What I meant by my comment was that it was a 1994 Range Rover which was more like a 1960 Land Rover when driving it. They really did have a lot of similarities. Best thing that happened was for BMW/Ford/Jaguar to take them over.

Weekend drifting in your Landy would be fine by me ++++++
