Give Anna a call at the hotel and she can let you know what's left - if all rooms are gone there are many hotels down the same high street and she will sort alternatives for us also +++

I have been deliberating over this for the past few months and have to finally concede that I will not be able to attend the Annual Meet this year. With that in mind, I will have to contact the hotel to cancel my booking for the Friday and Saturday nights.

Although I was travelling alone and went for single occupancy, I believe it was still a double/twin room I had pre-booked. If there is anyone who wants to take advantage of this becoming available, can you PM me your details. That way, when I call to cancel my booking, I can ask them to hold it for you. I can then PM you that I've cancelled, and you can call them to book the room. I'll hold off phoning them until Friday, unless I'm contacted sooner. Hope that makes sense.
