I just knew someone would pick up on this! :tuttut:

But, back to to the boot lock - does anyone have a 'plumbing' diagram for the central locking to help me work out where the pipes go and what's missing?

So that looks like one pipe goes into the bootlid. As stated mine was nipped at the hairpin bend in that diagram and was leaking a bit.

I joined it using a straight connector from a windscreen wash system I'd hoarded away for just such a use.....

Looks like another hunt is required. If you recall, in my car, the pipe from the actuator on the boot lid goes into the boot and then disappears into a wiring loom at the back of the central locking pump. This must be the pipe in the diagram that goes through the grommets at 17 and 17a.

BUT, this isn't the pipe that has the cable ties on the end.

So, my guess is that the pipe has been cut somewhere between 17a and the junction with pipe 15, so all I need to do is find the other cut end to the pipe. I wonder if this cut end is just tucked into the loom? :Confused:

Does that make sense?
