Finally got it sorted.

I bought a bluetooth OBDII connect (£12) and downloaded an app for my phone (free) and discovered the error log was Turbo Sensor A.

So armed with that info I bought a new one (£40) and spent an afternoon removing the front bumper to get the sensor. Two screws later it was replaced. Ran the diagnostics and no fault found.

She's running perfectly again now!
