After much toing and froing, I'll be driving from Essex and arriving around midday on the Saturday and have booked a room at a nearby hotel for Saturday night so I'll be attending (plus a friend) and taking part in everything from when we arrive midday on Saturday and leaving on Sunday with everybody else. So that's two for the evening meal on Saturday if its Ok to join and doesn't mess anything up?! :)

It's no problem to arrive wherever you can - if you pm me your mobile number and details then we can keep in touch and let you know where we are when you arrive. If you head to the Dean Forest Railway's Norchard base then you will be able to meet us there when we are back from the railway trip - details are at Dean Forest Railway

Ok here is an updated attendance list can everyone please make sure all details are correct as knowing correct numbers for each day is very important for all the events and places we are visiting as well as for numbers for dinners for the hotel.

Can I also please ask for more donations for quiz prizes etc, we have had a few but could do with a few more if anyone can help - thanks!
