What's the worst car you've had

Ok what's the worst car you've had and why
I'll start off with... A car I purchased for the household senior manager.
1982 Hyundai. Pony. Yeuch!
Why? It was so crap I found myself cleaning it with bog paper
It was so bland and utterly ungood in any way I find it hard to specify any particular characteristic that stood out from the overwhelming crapness.

Over to you...

I've been spoilt in my one year if motoring and havent really had a bad car, started off with an A6, then an A8 now the S8 & 335. Also got a fully loaded E39 535 V8 and a stray S6 at home I drive about a lot. Also had few E36 325s which I brought as 'spares repairs' all been very good. E36 325s probably the worst but nothing really bad with 'um.

My first car was a 1984 PAssat GL5i, had since then a sucsetion of brilliant Audi's but there was a shortl glitch where for about a week in college I accidentally owned an Orian Ghia 1.6. Best thing about it was gettin rid of it!! Not really had any poor cars aside from that one.
I did buy my wife a Zafira 1.6 - that was just terrible!!!! Replaced it with a Golg V6 4motion so that's better now, we're over it!

my worst was a MGB GT. bought it to replace a 63 Ford Zephyr as I wanted something sporty... it was 'rubbish' so much so that even though it was a shiny decent condition example 9 months later I picked up a shed of a Triumph Vitesse 2 Litre and walking out each morning with both keys on teh keyring I got in the Triumph 90% of teh time, it was rusty, it was thirsty, it didn't handle ina good way but it was soooo much nicer car to drive.

Luckily I've avoided most of teh boring stuff as I was always into classics and sporty stuff.

Mine was a 1988 Mk4 Ford Escort 1.4L. It had no redeeming features at all and every single thing about it was fooking rubbish but it's only slightly worse than an '05 Vectra I had.

Every one of my cars has had its good points and bad so, to be honest - can't dis any of them.............(that's in nearly 30 years of driving too)

I think a Renault Laguna company car I had has to be my worst lol it was brand new yet it proceeded to break down 12 times in 14 months (mostly electrical problems) and the final straw was the 3 months they had it trying to diagnose the problem - I put 10,000 miles on their loan car and they didnt know what to do so they finally took the car back after repeated refusals and had to pay the lease company for lost profit and me for lost time (£800). I kept a spreadsheet of all the costs of repairs and time and by the time it went back it had risen to £6,800 spent trying to cure things lol. When the car ran it was great but Renault UK's refusal to deal with it properly will probably mean I'd never have another renault ever again! :tuttut:

BMW MINI

Because they are an insult to everything that is truely mini and actually handle and drive like a bag of poo! The newer BMW MINIs being even worse than the older first realised BMW MINIs.

My wife had one of the very first 'new' minis to hit the UK....

It was crap, utterly, utterly crap. The build quality was off the bottom of the scale, and we lost count of the number of times it went back.

At one point, the AA guy said he couldnt even jump start it as there was a short to ground so severe that his truck nearly stalled when he connected the jump leads...

After about 8 weeks returned it and got a full refund... Thats how bad it was....

YC51 CYG - Or YC sicky G as we lovingly referred to it as +++

Well, I won't lie...it was a Mondeo...it was crap because it was an embarressment more than anything.

It did have its uses though...500 quid it cost including spay-painted BMW M3 wing mirrors with built in indicators! - Brilliant chav mobile if ever i had one!

It could fit a house though and was great when I bought my first place...:D
