Whos up for a meet up in Devon?

I've not put any more thought in to this idea, posting this thread is as far as that went.

Hopefully we can put our heads together and get something organised?

I could be up for that. I can always fit in a visit to my family in Plymouth which makes it easier to get permission!

Count me in :) I'm happy to host at my place as previously mentioned (lift, big yard, pub with carvery), but also up for other suggestions.

It seems the best place, possibly more relaxed than Route 5 or such.

Might be able to pop down to Mikes to do some other business at his and then both pop over from there. SUndays are good but we are in Germany the same weekend as Audis in the Park is on so probably after that would work +++

If we're going to meet at mine then we can do yakking and poking around on the lift in the morning and then book a space for the carvery from 4-6. The pub is used to car meets so would be happy to accommodate us :) They'd need a couple of weeks notice of course. We could possibly go for a cruise afterwards?

As noted previously, my place isn't exactly Pendine Sands - its a small unit on a business park! But, it is functional and well stocked with tools if anyone has any little jobs they'd like to do :D There's parking space for comfortably a dozen 8s in the yard.

Or, meet up at mine in the morning and then cruise to somewhere else for lunch?

Or indeed, do something completely different!

Yeah we could do an AC pump :) Is there still gas in it? My neighbour is an AC engineer, but I'm not sure how keen he would be to work on a Sunday.
