Who would like to come along to this year’s Audi Driver International?
Please can you add your name on the list below if you're coming so that we can apply for the correct number of club stand passes in good time.

Club stand passes are free and will get you into the show arena but as usual owners will also be subject to the normal charge for entry of £10 per adult, which is levied by the Castle Combe gate staff +++

If we as a group are interested in arranging a dedicated 12-car fast-lap track session, which must be booked and paid for in advance, please also indicate your interest. This dedicated track session is priced at just £35 per car, a real discount as this also allows the driver free entry to the event (normally £10). A minimum of 10 cars is required.

There is also the opportunity for clubs to arrange a dedicated low-speed club parade lap session, at just £10 per car, with no limit on the number of cars taking part.

You may also be interested in attending the Annual Audi Driver Awards Gala Dinner and disco that takes place at the Hilton hotel in Swindon on the same Saturday evening.

As usual I will be arranging the BIG BOYS BREAKFAST at the Bolingbroke Arms, Hook Nr Swindon SN4 8DZ
http://www.thebolingbroke.co.uk/ where we will meet up and have some brekkie prior to cruising to castle combe about 30 minutes away. You can also book accommodation at the Bolingbroke if you are coming down the night before and need somewhere to stay.

Also, can I bring with me to a stand two of my mates, both ex Audi master technicians who now own I belive the best at least in the London area independent Audi Specialists garage, please???
They would bring their 2014 RS4 and WRC spec S1.

That will be no problem at all - they are welcome to come along we may park the non 8's in a separate group at one end of our stand at the show if that's ok though. I need firm numbers on breakfasts by about a week before the show +++

Right Ho chaps - I now need firm numbers on how many cars are on the club stand so that we apply for the right number of passes.
So far I have 8 x A8/S8's and 3 more cars coming along with Marcin so 11 cars
Are there any more intending to come to this please say now even if a maybe or forever hold your peas!

Also I need to know FIRM numbers for how many breakfasts we need at the Bolingbroke arms so again please please confirm the numbers for your party as soon as you can - I must let the Bolingbroke know as soon as possible.

What time is the Big Boy Brekkie, and when will the convoy set out for Castle Combe?
Even if I miss the brekkie I want to try to make it for the convoy.

I think last year we were there from 07:30 to 08:30 am then there's about a 35 minute drive to castle Combe

Can i ask how many People will be coming down Friday the day/ night before hand ?

Only reason i ask is that if anyone wants to come along to us at Prestige&Performance the day before i will Let everyone have a full air-con service for £10 in exchange for a line up of cars and some photos to use on our website ?

Its very much up in the air for me. Depends on if I can (a) get a wheelchair and (b) if the doctor says I'm ok to drive and (c) if I really think its a good idea all things considered. I will find out more Tuesday night hopefully.

It does seem unlikely I'm going to get down there looking at the hurdles if I'm honest....

I am currently away in the USA but will be back home before the weekend. I am booked into the Bolingbroke for Friday and Saturday night so will be there for breakfast. Going to book a few lap round the track just for a change ��

Does anyone want to borrow my camera to film their time on the track?

It's a window sticky mount go-pro style one.
Can only be stuck on the inside.

Aspect Valeting from Swindon will be there in the show ground this year (as at AITP) with their vans and equipment and they will do a basic wash snow foam and dry etc externally from £15 but very much NOT local hand car wash style!

If anyone wants to book their car in at a specific time then let me know and I'll sort it, otherwise you will be queuing up if any others are there first. +++

Neil, what are the chances of getting in "lastminute.com" onto the stand?
I might be able to make it after all, but won't know until the previous night, maybe even that morning.

And are there any time limits on stand access?

I may not be making this now, so there should be a spare stand pass.

My sister should be completing on her new house and if she does, a visit is looking in order to help with moving stuff.

Not a problem either way, I have about 2 spare passes I think so just message me when you're near or call +++

There's a slim chance I may make the trip, but it'll be the Tesla, so I won't be looking for a spare pass ;)
