2016 Owners Meet - Accommodation Thread
 

Here is our hotel.

We have negotiated a special tariff for the event.
Single occupancy - £50
Double occupancy - £70
Some of the rooms can take 3 or 4 people for each additional person in the room £20.
All prices are for B&B and per night.
We have held every room in the hotel and there is plenty of parking and a large function suite we can have for free for the Saturday night.
Our contact there is called Anna and she is very helpful. Once all the rooms are gone she will help you find rooms locally. There is another hotel and a B&B within walking distance and Dezzy can pitch his tent on the lawn!

A couple of requests please.
If you are a non 8 driving forum member and you want to attend, the priority in the Castle goes to 8 owners please use the overflow accommodation.
We will keep 2 of the rooms reserved for any continental visitors until nearer the event. Only fair they travel all that way they get to stay at the centre of events.

That leaves 15 rooms up for grabs.
Some of them are twins, so if singletons can pair up that will save you money.

Dumb question time. If we then go on to Ireland will we need to stay 3 nights in Llandovery (Fri, Sat, Sun) for the "full Monty"?

No just the two nights as those going on to Ireland will sail after lunch on the Sunday

Tried. Twice. Now seems she's away till Wednesday.

The bloke seems to be aware of the 'Audi Rally' but wasn't having it that there might be any rooms available, just wanted to refer me elsewhere and having done that the last 2 years, looks like I'll be sitting this one out....

Anna is off now until Wednesday.

Just to give some additional information - even when the hotel has filled up (which i'd be surprised if it has yet) then all the additional overflow ones are in the same street as the main one as we are in the centre of Llandovery town this time, so everyone should be able to just walk along to the main one's function room. +++
