its an interesting car which I quite like but that probably makes it not cool haha
if it pulled up alongside the kerb I wouldnt think wow what a cool car I dont think

Nollywood 21st November 2011 06:53 PM

Not enough options in the poll. I don't find it cool, but I wouldn't call it a nail either...

Singh 21st November 2011 07:54 PM

Dezzy, so far all your cars have been uncool! :tuttut:

tonupkid 21st November 2011 08:30 PM

Cool. To say otherwise it to advertise you unenlightenment. (In my humble opinion) ;)

A classic and the first of its type +++

Uncool???? We'll just have to let the poll answer that one mate. :o

Just remember without some of these cars the ones you think are cool may not have ever existed.:D

uber-cool - especially early cars with ali opening panels and the A-frame rear suspension (mostly removed from cars that had it, unfortunately)

Night Train 22nd November 2011 07:05 PM

Definitely Uber cool, a friend of mine has, well used to have two, one that's genuine, original & mint, another built up from a GT, with all the right parts added, then period rally specced.

I test drove a couple in the early '80s, from Barry Ely's in East London, when I used to work near there. (where I was shown how to spot a genuine one!)

This is a cool car.

What makes it cool is that it started as a humble family saloon and with a bit of applied tweaking we get a very special car (especially in the day)+++

Have to agree. Coooooooooooool!

One of the first fast Fords which has the magic word 'Lotus' in front of it.

I used to quite fancy the Brooklands. That body kit the Tickford had was designed by Simon Saunders, he went on to design the Arial Atom.

I had a high speed passenger ride in one of his Atoms a few weeks ago and OMG I seriously need one!! it rather takes your breath away how it makes supercars look slow around the track. We had to wait until the other supercars on the track were just about to come around and past us before accelerating away so that we had more track space :D

Classic Ford's are getting really expensive especially those that were rare to start with. That said it’s only worth what someone will pay for it, but Mk1 & Mk2’s are silly money too.
