A8 Center caps wanted code 4E0601025N

Hi all.
Someone was kind enough last night to relive my lovely car (D3) of its centre wheel caps. Iv phoned Audi and been quoted £130 which considering the wheels plus tyres cost me £380 on ebay is abit of a bitter pill, iv included the code in the title and i think they are the wheels that come on the W12.

Iv phoned around some breakers and checked ebay with no luck. Im wondering if anyone has a set or can point me in the right direction to get a set

Heres hoping

Cheers

Look for a very cheap set on ebay that have lots of corrosion around the outer ring and remove the ring. +++

Thanks 47. im struggling to find ANYTHING corroded or not. Is there any other caps that would fit or is it likely that they are specific to the exact wheel. I fear the latter.

Not sure there will be anything else that will fit

Oooh, is that outer (corroded) part separate? I'm excited! the biggest (only) niggling eyesore on my car could be history!
Going out now to check it...

Yes it comes off, bend the tabs at the back and remove the corroded ring, then clean up the cap with some cutting compound and polish +++

The part number for the cap is 4E0 601 165 A

Dimensions are 145mm across the front and 60mm at the rear

Wow, top banana 47 thanks for the link. I wonder what the chances are of them being my original ones ha ha ha!+++

Encouraging, thanks 47p2! Been raining too hard to go check them, then pizza intervened, now it'll be tomorrow AM... my wife has a friend coming to stay here tomorrow, and I have the guest bathroom dismantled; she'll be thrilled that I have to remove the corroded trim rings from the '8's wheels before I tackle the bath!
Because A8!!
(analogous to "Because Racecar", do you have that across the pond?) :D

Looks like that have been sold or withdrawn :(

Looks like ebay is playing silly beggers today, the caps are back and just over 7 hours to go.

They are genuine A8 caps +++
