Its was clean once....

Honest +++

Trouble with living on a new housing estate and they are now busy ensuring all the mud from the house foundations is spread evenly across the roads :(

I quite like the 'used as a daily driver' look.... I suspect I'm well known for it... +++

Professor Peach 4th December 2014 02:50 PM

...but it still looks awesome even when dirty.

NB - I have asked my son to stop using the word 'awesome', but I think in this case it still applies.

If the mud on the road really starts to bother you, then call the local authority environmental health department and explain the issue. They should then insist that the builders take appropriate measures to ensure that they keep the mud off the road.

Though, as IT says, I quite like the well used look. +++

It's cleaner than mine at the moment...

Yeah right…in about three months time, if they're anything like my council :-(.

Like you and Ian though, I agree that used is good - as I said in another recent post, these cars are meant to be used: mine is starting to complain if I don't!

More dirty photographs! My problem is a daily 70+ miles round trip on the A82 (covered in dirty quarry run-off water) and the M8. The car is pristine on Monday morning - and filthy 45 minutes later. :(

tintin 5th December 2014 08:16 PM

No point washing it till April then ;)….

PS - where did you learn to park like that?….

Guess I asked for that.... :p

I have you know I've washed the A7 twice most lovingly before I even had the thought of selling....

It does look exceptionally good clean mindst..... I've genuinely never had so people gawk at any car I've driven.

I even had an A7 owner snuggling close to me last night on the M1. I think he must have felt a bit underspecced with his standard wheels and poverty spec xenon headlights.... :D

Who? Me?

It's in the car park at work and we have a few disabled parking spaces that no-one uses, so I park as close to it as I can, so there's no other car on the driver's side and it leaves a lot of space on the other side to minimise the chance of a ding in the passenger door.

I jest of course, you washed mine before I collected it, it was much appreciated +++

I pointed out an A7 to Jane today, told her that you were driving one of those now........"don't even think about it" was the response
