Annual Meet Menus

If you want to eat at The George III Hotel on Saturday lunchtime and Saturday evening, we'll need to have your food orders in advance. A copy of the menus will be attached as soon as I can get the file small enough! I'll try to get an order form made up later today to make it easy, but we'll need to know what you want for both meals and if each order is a child or an adult portion.

Jim, that's a very comprehensive menu, can they really let us choose freely, or will there be a simplified one for Saturday night?

I'm just doing my admin service as directed by the organisers! :)

Lunch will be in 2 'sittings' and I assume that dinner will be OK if we order in advance.

I think as long as we let them know in advance then they can cope with what people want Andrew. Its important to get these menu choices back to them in good time though to allow them to order in right quantities etc +++
