I need help to contact SPAX
 

I have solved this now directly with Spax

Their email says that you did not follow their rules when you returned the items. They have put them in the bin and cannot help you more than that.

Even if you didn't follow the returns procedure, they have no right to dispose of your parts like that. Speak to your Citizens Advice Bureau, they can open a case with Trading Standards if needs be.

I couldn't see an email address listed so it looks like all communications are done via a webform/web address.

I live in Surrey so can't really help much on that front as it's a two hour drive from here. There may be some other people on this forum that might live closer or perhaps have spoken to people at Spax in the past.
