Wanted - alloys for s8 D2 please
 

Evening all.
Does anybody have any surplus alloys tucked away for a 2002 s8 D2 please?

Very flexible with size / condition. Happily take a set needed refurb at the right price.

You could be in luck, HP Sauce has just made available his very nicely refurbished 18" Avus alloys, I'd post the thread but I'm on the iPad and I'm useless on it. It's only a few threads down from your request, well worth a look +++

Pre facelift on a FL car may not be what you're looking for but nice is nice in anyone's books, ignore the purists :p

Just to keep the options open, what other wheels will slip onto the s8 d2?
I understand them to be 5 x 112 which is quite common to the VAG line up. But there must be a reason why we don't see the a8's running on other rims?

Common reasons for sticking to Audi OEM wheels are:
1. They look the best
2. Offset needs to quite high (mid-forties) on D2
3. Brake clearance can be an issue.

My wheels for sale, linked to above, fit well on a facelift S8 with big Brembos. :cool:
