Audi 4.2tdi p0101 error

I got the engine warning light 2 weeks ago, when I scanned it with my torque app it ready p0101 air flow sensor issue. I reset the light and hoped for the best. Well it came on again today same error. Any advise on where to go from here?

Either clean or replace the MAF sensor, then clear faults and rescan +++

Can you look at live data with the app ?

What should I clean it with? Sorry for being a bit thick. Will have a look at live data is there a voltage from the maf I should be expecting on idle for example.

Is it an Audi job for the part or can somebody recommended anywhere else?

Go into data look at both air mass mg/str levels , at idle they should be about equal normally around the 400 mark , bring the revs up and look for them coming up as mirror image of each other , they wont be excatly the same .

Hi, does anyone know where I can buy replacements. It's lost all power on full throttle so I just want to replace them.

Is it worth a code test first ??
