Outer Brake lights work, then fade and warning lamp
 

Hi all, my drivers side outer brake lights/driving lights work for about ten seconds, then fade and the bulb warning lamp come on the dash.

At night you can see a faint glow from the unit so power is getting there but it's dim. Indicator works fine in the unit.

any ideas?

OK just so people know, this was my fix.

Lots of LED's had died on the cluster, so though, I'll solder new ones in place of the dead ones. BINGO! Its dead easy and all working fine now!
