Only warm air to rear passengers?

All,

My kids are complaining that it's "always hot in the back, Daddy", and reaching back, it feels like the rear vents (certainly in the centre) are only blowing out warmish air. When I crank the AC to "lo", it certainly isn't blowing out as cold as the front vents.

Any ideas?

VCDS / output tests / basic settings:

Could easily be a flap that is in the wrong position.

Output tests will test them all and flag errors.

Basic settings will cause them all to calibrate correctly.
