Ignition switch wiring diagram wanted please
 

I wrote in the 'Everything Else' section about how torrential rain flooded my A8 and drowned the electrics. I've an Audi specialist working on it and he in turn has an auto electrical 'guru' looking at it.
When I went over yesterday they said that despite having all the manuals, they haven't been able to find a wiring diagram for the ignition switch - difficult to believe but that's what I was told. Can anyone help me please? It's the dash mounted switch info that they're looking for.
The car's far too good to write off (Oct 2003 4.2 petrol with 79,000 miles) just for an electrical problem so I'm prepared to throw so money at it - at the moment...

Thanks, I've downloaded Manual 2 current flow basic equipment but I can't identify the ignition switch - is it E408 on page 45/3? The description is confusing me.

Looks like the switch is E415 and the start button is E408 so it depends on which one you are needing to access, or maybe both as they are both ignition controls. +++
