How often to change spark plugs
 

Hi all

I'm in need of a service and considering changing the plugs.

But i can't see any info on when plugs need changing - is done on mileage or on age or both?

Any advice most welcome.

normally every other service - so on a full service the plugs are changed
On an oil change service they are not +++

They're long life plugs - good for 40k miles or 5 years

Yes, I was thinking "every other service" was a bit frequent!
That's 80's copper core thinking!

The triple electrode plugs have quite a life in them - I replaced the originals on mine at 110,000 miles!! They were pretty rooted though! The cathode was the shape of a three pointed arrow!
