The cutouts for the exhaust are different but otherwise it's the same from the rear valance upwards.

Front S8 bumper is easier to get from Audi, £570 + £100 fog grills and Fog lights £50 (ECP) or £100 OEM
Grill, any D3 fits
Rear bumper was recently up for sale slightly damaged repairable for 220 which was a bit too much.
Boot lid £700 new, second hand very hard to find
Headlights washers, harness, tubes and parking sensors transfer from your bumper.
