Engine Badges

I'm after an engine badge as my Audi one has disappeared, a friend is also after an engine badge.
There also appears to be a couple of guys on facebook that wants an engine badge.

I've emailed my local parts guy to see what he could do on a sort of a group buy based on Facebook numbers at the moment, but would there be anyone else that might want an engine badge for their D3?

What's the facebook page for parts requests I keep hearing about? I've heard it mentioned on here a few times but I've not found it.

Apologies for it only being half on-topic!

There's a couple.
You got the site sponsors page, AOC - Sales and services, Audi A8 Owners club to name a few that stands out.

That's £2 cheaper than book.

I hope the dealer I emailed can do the same or beat.
Hopefully beat it.

£16.79 to be precise, there is very little room for discount on this part

I already did mine - but I wish I hadn't waited so long.
You also need the back metal eyelets washer as well to stop it popping off.
I also put glue on the back of the circles.

These ones you mean Snap??
They are on the back of the wood trims as well.
On A8 them two long plastic pins have been originally melted from the back, there was no clamping washer.

That's the ones you need as well.

I guess they thought general Joe blogs and dealers wouldn't have or need the irons to melt the backs down.

Local Audi came back and gave the same price as M-A8 plus 38p for the clips.

£16.79 + 38p for the clips + postage.
