Parts List
Hi,
I have an initial list of bits I'd like to sort and thought I would see if anyone had any of the following available: 1. The Two buttons in the drivers door 'shut' (?) - Boot Release and Alarm Deactivation I think 2. Wood (Vavona ?) Trim for top of handbrake 3. Drivers Footrest - carpet is cream in colour 4. In the boot, to the bottom (nearest lights) right hand corner is a rectangular piece of trim that creates a sort of 'pocket' to hold items in one place, about 10 inches by 4 inches, and the four lugs have broken so it just falls out! Many Thanks Neil |

Edit, yes just checked, 4D0 864 375 F, VAVONA. Hairline crack across the lacquer about 30mm from the front and immediately above the front mount/clip which is unbroken and has the standard extra duct tape to make it fit better. Are you going to the annual meet? I did have a spare boot side panel but sold it a while back, you might want to look for a full height one or just fix the one you have by using short screws instead of the lugs. Floor mats you'll probably have to buy new, they wear out. Buttons - try our sponsors they should have loads! |
Marvelous!
HPSauce! Marvelous, thank you - how much do you want for the Handbrake Trim, inc. postage, and do you 'PayPal'? (I'm not about for the Annual Meet as I am moving my 82 year old mother!!!!!)
Many Thanks Neil |
Hi Neil, I'll PM you and send some pictures but check/recheck your colour coding first. Yes I do PayPal.
It will need careful packing, probably in a rigid tube, so not sure on postage and price yet. Do you need any other Vavona trims, I have a fair selection apart from those around the door switches? |

See here for example: http://forum.a8parts.co.uk/showthread.php?t=8957 Remembered I saw the dodgy footrest in one of your photos! You could of course just take it out and cover it with whatever surface you wanted easily enough. http://forum.a8parts.co.uk/attachmen...chmentid=16080 Attached are pictures of my handbrake trim. The surface finish crack could probably be made to vanish with polish or nail varnish. I suspect it's a common problem as it's where it gets squeezed between the handbrake and armrest, so in fact is out of sight anyway. |
