Supply voltage D for injectors

Seems like everything is failing with this car lately.

While driving home today, engine went into limp mode and the glow plug warning light started flashing. Was just around the corner so I drove home.

The first error (EGR flow) already has it's own thread in this forum (with no solution). The two following are new. Never seen them before. After restarting engine, no error but I have a gut feeling it will be back sooner rather than later.

Really have no clue what this is about, Google doesn't give me any hints. Anybody here who has an idea?
