Considering selling my D2 sport

Reluctantly considering selling my D2 sport and would be interested to hear if anyone might be interested? Or indeed what you think it may be worth. Been offered £1350 from webuyanycar, but at that money I will keep it.
pics shown were taken in 2018 when I bought it and it is still in good condition.
120,000 miles with history inc timing belt.
£700+ spent to pass last MOT

Hi. I think it all depends on what the car is worth to you as a relatively cheap runaround with regard to ongoing reliability risk and the will to keep it on the road. The 2.8's are not going to see the following and desirability of the 4.2's and they are not going to be close to the cache the S8 holds in peoples minds. Shame.

Any A8, in my mind, is a superb car but they need a lot of tlc to get the best out of them. My 'baby 8' has spent most of the last 13 years on the drive as a tinkering project. Around £1500 for a relatively up together 2.8 A8 seems a good price to achieve. But that's just the price of a high(ish) end PC. If you like it, its going to give you a years worth of trouble(ish) free motoring I would keep it.

Nice colour!

It's just a loss to sell a car as clean as yours for peanuts.
I don't know when your timing belt was done but thats the first thing I would look at to knock off a price off a D2 because nobody does them, and in D2's case that's £700-900 depending where you go.

I would just keep it and enjoy it for £1350 or even £2k..
