Wiring Harness O-Rings (white)
 

Hi there,

Does anyone know if you can replace the two white o-rings on the harness connection (the one that passes through the front of the auto-gearbox body just above the sump) with standard black ones, or should the proper ones (01V 927 322 A) be ordered for this?

Happy to order the proper ones, but I am only finding online availability from Germany, and I have lots of black ones in the garage 😊

Since the OE ones are some £8 each iirc, I've been using nitrile instead. I'd be disinclined to use standard rubber o-rings, being in contact with ATF.

Thanks for that - I will get them measured up and order some nitrile ones from simply bearings or somewhere :)
