What Gearbox Fluid?

Hi all,

Going to be doing a service on the old girl soon and I'm looking at doing the rear gearbox seal and doing the gearbox filter at the same time.
I have the filter kit

but need to know are these two fluids ok and am I right in thinking they are the same just in different packaging?

ZF (the people that designed and manufactured D2 gearboxes) sell their own kit with everything needed on autodoc and eBay.

Hi
Can someone advise the procedure to do a trans filter and fluid change please?
Vehicle has done 80k miles and cannot see any evidence of this being done.
Want to also use best quality parts/fluid. So if anyone can advise this that will be great.
