D4 2017 3.0tdi (viewing but flat battery) in a dealers
 

just been to look at the above 68,000 miles
nice car
battery only just started it
No MMI working at all
so i walked away
the salesman said it was fine yesterday as it went on a rest drive
so im thinking it needs a new battery at least
quite a nice car £22499
could i fit a towbar easily ?
does a D4 have Towbar Preperation?

Sounds like the battery could be toast - bear in mind the new one will need coding.

I fitted a towbar to a D4. Honestly not rocket science to do the genuine swivelling kit, but you need to be a contortionist when it comes to the wiring as the fuse boxes are not easily accessible at the back of the boot! My back was not happy with me! Coding with VCDS or at the dealer.
