Installing CarPlay into a Q3
 

I couldn’t find where else to post this!

So, my daughter has a Q3 and she bought a CarPlay kit for me to install for her, but the kit she bought is for a Q3 with satnav and her Q3 doesn’t have satnav. So she’s missing the parts in the photo below to make the whole thing work properly.

Does anyone have any idea where I might source these 2 PCBs and cables?

Unfortunately the only places I can locate these parts appear to be bundled into the kits for adding CarPlay functionality, like the following one:

There’s a link on a YouTube video where the guy says that he bought these from AliExpress, but the link doesn’t work and I can’t find them when I use the search box. Someone must sell them :)

Without knowing the year of your daughter's car, and the level of MMI installed in it, it's difficult to find anything online.
If you arm yourself with that info and then Google it you might get lucky. Failing that, if your daughter purchased from a reputable retailer then she will have a 14-day window to return it, and perhaps longer if Amazon. You'll then be free to order the complete appropriate kit.
