Exclusive Quattro equipment retrofit

I recently got some help from Dean with my A8L project and he suggested I post my build here for you all to enjoy and maybe get some inspiration, so here we go.
I currently have a lwb D2 with most of the equipment but I really wanted some sports seats. When talking to a guy parting out his S8 I noticed in the pics that his S8 had the full leather package and then I of course went and bought the full interior. The car had an engine fire in 2020 and sat outside for 4 years and was looking pretty poor but has since been cleaned up pretty well.

When I went to get the interior I noticed it was not a standard full leather interior but an audi exclusive interior. It has "oak green" color for the seats, roofliner, seatbelts and leather parcel shelf. Along with leather trimmed door sills and lower B pillar.

So I got it all home and stared cleaning and ripped out my original interior. But now I thought well if I'm this deep I might as well go all the way so I stated looking at recreating the quattro gmbh equipment. First up is RSE and bar compartment retrofit.

So this far i have found a complete Alpine DVA 5205P and TME M750 kit on eBay which is the exact kit the D2 came with all tho this is from a Honda. I also I bought a rse wiring harness form a VW phaeton that u believe is similar enough. Yesterday it all arrived and I tested it with a spare battery. It all works except the remote so will have to figure that out. So I measured and cut my headrests for the screens. The cars with RSE from factory have different headrest that have more space for the screens but I managed to make this work by cutting out quite a bit of the insides. Right now I am waiting for the small tube for the wiring that runs parallel to the headrest rods. I went with a 7mm tube which I think will work well since I'm not sure exactly what the oem size is.

Here is what I've got so far in the bar compartment. The actual box is somewhat easy to make but the lid is a bit more complex so any tips are appreciated.

An amazing amount of work, and really jealous of the sports seats. From what you've shown so far, there will be very few members on here who can offer more tips. You'll have to provide photos when it's all complete. +++

Yes please do I'm interested in details of the actual hatch and how the inside looks where the holes for the glasses are. And even better if you have time to measure some things. I'm wondering about the diameter of the glasses. Hoping to find some that are quite close to original.

Also wondering about how deep the part where the glasses sit in is and how tall the glasses are :)
