275s on FL D2
 

I have recently upgraded from 245/45/18 to 275/35/20. I was feeling around the tyre and it is extremely close to the suspension. Is this tyre size okay to upgrade to? (already done so!)

You shouldn't have any issues with the suspension but if you do just fit 5mm spacers. We know 295s will fit without issues. Are the wheels OEM or aftermarket? What is the offset?

They are OEM got them off Roberto's D3. I dont know the offset, i'll find out and let you know. I'll get Ben to give it a thorough check!

Then they will be 9J 20's with an ET of 46. You should have no problems.

Just remember the rolling radius is bigger and you will be going faster on these tyres than your 18s for a given speedo reading; approx 3% faster.

So if i'm doing 30 mph according to the speedo, i'll actually be doing 30.9 mph?
Also do i need to get the tracking done again because of the new wheels?
