That article looks really interesting. Trouble is I can't get much off Tyresmoke. They have those horrible things you have to type in to ensure that you are not a machine, that I can't read. Theirs truly defeat me.
Plus when I attempted registering there, I had to ask for help (cos of the above) and they changed my moniker to bumupkid or something equally hilarious, that I won't be using :rolleyes: I've tried getting this corrected but never get a reply from them. Actually Tyresmoke has ****ed me off, they're pretty much completely unfriendly and unhelpful in my experience. Upshot. Any chance of posting readable copy here, or somewhere other than TS. Please |
cooool, ive seen that car running on a few accasions now out at Le Mans.
Is it the same 40v V8 that is found in a D2 S8, or is it the later one that is found in RS4s and R8s? a friend, and ex B7 RS4 owner was saying the other day that our engines bear almost no resemblance, is that right? |
4.2 differences
yes the spyker lemans engine is using the exact engine block from our '99-'02 s8's.
