Fully amplified System or Rear amplified System?

As per the title,how do we distinguish if our Bose system is Fully Amplified or Rear Amplified only?

Bose is bose, and only comes as a fully amplified system with an amp underneath the CD changer.

The easy way to tell a factory bose (apart from the quality obviously) is to check the rear parcel shelf speakers which will have bose written on. Otherwise, the two systems will look identical to the naked eye.

The non-bose setup has the front speakers driven directly from the headunit, and the rear parcelshelf and rear door speakers driven from far inferior mini-amps which are built into the two rear parcel shelf speakers...
