6 XVW number plate for sale
 

Hi All,

Mate of mine has this plate on retention,but has no desire to use it,so would anyone have a rough idea of its genuine value,before we put it up for sale.+++

Also, which place would be the best place to advertise it?Apart from E Bay:(

Hi mate dunno much about plates and their value as i've never really looked at them that much. There used to be a bit in the back of Autotrader mag that listed plates for sale could maybe get an idea of it's value here if you could find something similar to it.

For example 6 ACN has a reserve of £1900

I would say pretty much any plate with that configuration is going to be worth at least a grand - I'd give him £250, but that's because I'm skint :ROFL:

Then it depends really on whether the letters have any significance to potential buyers.

An auction may be the best option, but not sure ebay will do the job at that sort of money - I haven't looked, mind.

ED38 but I'm not sure if you can go on there just to sell something. May have to ask Mkoneman to put the word out. I'm kinda tempted. It doesn't mean anything to me but a short plate like that would look quite cool, wouldn't it? Must resist...
