How to change lights in air ducts/ vents ?
 

Hello

I cant find anywhere here some guide , how to change bulbs in air vents ( ducts ? ) in the dashboard . I have S8 D2 pre-face. Can you give me some advice ? Thanks

(sorry for my bad english , i am from slovakia )

Which vent (driver, passenger, center) ?

I doubt many people have taken them to pieces. You may be the first. If you do, we would appreciated a photo or 2. :)

If all 3 are not working I would suspect a fuse rather than all 3 blown.

Hello....no no , the one on the right side is still working . :)

You managed to get the vents out yet? I would assume a small bulb in each?

You pull the vents out with a home made tool, a bit of 3mm rod with an L shape at the end to hook into the vent.

See if this Document travels OK.
