Cruise Control Retrofit
 

I really miss my cruise control for the longer journeys.
Is it an easy retrofit ?
From what I can see it needs ECU , Pump , Stalk, Actuator and Release valve and some tubing and a tpiece to attach the release valve to I am guessing.

Firstly do you think the wiring would be in place on my 1998 2.8 ?
Is the actuator the same one fitted to both 2.8 and 4.2 ?

Have I missed anything and do you think its even worth the hastle ?

Ooh.. thought it was standard on '8s.. Reckon a8parts will have all the bits you need.

It was always an option pre facelift, I dont think Mike has it on his either....

Standard post facelift as they dropped the antique vacuum tube method for an engine ECU implementation which cost them pennies to fit...

a8parts have gathered up the parts in the past for folks to retrofit so its worth giving them a call.... +++
