I always think that slightly more out at the rears looks pleasing :D
on my winter FE's ive got 20mm HB+ spacers on the rear and Eibach Pro 15mm spacers on the front the same as Oli but ours are D2's

The only advantage of having 20's all round is that if you used HB+ spacers then you get bolts supplied to bolt the spacers to the hubs and then re-use your own bolts, otherwise it will cost you a load in extra locking wheel bolts and normal bolts to bolt thro' the extra length +++
