Is that powered by an Allison V12 from a WW2 warbird or something :)

or a Scania V8

I hate to think of the inertia, or lag if its anything smaller

No idea, just found on the net with other funny pictures. It looks photoshoped any way. Air output from turbo does not really go anywhere and you can see engine intake with throttle bodies behind the turbo
