Anyone want a Meyle HD control arm kit?

All German car parts wanted £450, trade is £372 but if I can secure another order as well as my own we will both get it for £310! They will be brand new from Euro Car Parts. I only use genuine parts of my cars but these are better then OEM quality and manufactured in Germany, hence going for these over OEM. I only need one arm replacing but am going the whole hog to keep the car feeling nice, tight and pampered. Anyone want to join? Let me know! :D

got a set of these on mine, and they sure are good. You will want to do the ARB links and bushes as well, and whilst your in there do the top mounts too.

I'd be interested if they do a kit for a 2000 S6 - I'm assuming that it would be pretty similar?

I've got an annoying suspension clunk when I reverse with some lock on and, given the mileage of my car, I think it would be easier to swap everything rather than mess about with individual components. It's already had new top mounts and dampers all round but some of the bushes do look a bit tired now.

Hi. Same here. for a 2000 S8. they are not the same for the 2001. i was told that the only difference was the upper front arm.(?)

Are these the newest batch of Meyle HD? I have had friends with S4/S6 that claims there Meyle HD kit didnt last longer then 20 000+ miles. (bought on ebay so you never know)

Also been looking at lemforder that is supposed to be a oem match in quality(?) and Febi-Bilstein(havent found any online dealers for those i'm afraid)

Depending on shipping to Norway i'm interested:) 650£ is the price here..

Okay, I'll try and find out. As I understand it Leomfender are OEM. Febi Bilstein are good too. The eBay kits could have been fake I suppose. These will come to us straight from the manufacturer.

Mike and myself spoke to the guys at
http://www.polybush.co.uk/
when we were at Gti International the other week, I've got my original arms etc still from when I changed mine recently so Im going to blast/clean them then remove the old bushes and see if I can get a set of poly bushes into them for next time +++

i would if i had the cash for it .still needing the curve arm and c links.managed to do everything else bit by bit.but at that price its very cheap as i can only get the straight lower arm for same money.

daviesbike 30th July 2011 08:19 AM

can you not have a chat with them amar and see if they will come down in price if you can secure 5 orders ? +++ then of course i will want a kit, im a little skint at the moment as i just put all my pennies into the development of the intake manifold restore and upgrade

Unfortunately Guy that is the group buy price! The minimum order I need to qualify for that price is two.

I'm going to order very soon anyhow, can someone confirm that the kit will fit a 1996 as euro car parts seem to suggest it will only fit 1998 models?
