Having had to replace my fuel pump recently I found these videos very useful indeed. Could they be added to the sticky please.

To do this job I manufactured a tool to get the sender unit cap off. Its a piece of metal bar about 300mm long, Two in number 25mm x M10 bolts. The distance between the centres for the 2 bolt holes is 35mm. Makes getting the cap off a piece of cake and cost about £2 to make :)
