Photos from an RS meet at the Leopard
 

I organised a meet with the 'RS' guys in Leamington, we had about 19 cars turn up. From supercharged B7 RS4s to R8s, C6 RS6s etc etc... A real variation of cars and a great blast afterwards, I can confirm an R8 cannot get away from an RS6+ at all, last time I tried to race one in the S8, I got murdered. Hope you enjoy the photos.

There is a white V10 one but the guy that owns it was on holiday, I don't think I could have kept up with a V10 one though! The R8 sounded incredible, one had a Milltek and the other a quicksilver capristo or something, everyone looks at an R8 like you wouldn't believe, and you couldn't hear any car over the R8. The supercharged RS4 sounded awesome too. There are quite a few B7 supercharged RS4s going around now with 600+ BHP, 0-60 in around 3.4 seconds, combined with them looks and handling, they are an awesome package. But I couldn't stomach the £15k conversion costs.

Asbo is mental (that's the nickname given to dk's r8) loud - I couldn't live with it and I'm not convinced it suits the character of the car. It does get a lot of attention though lol

Nigel's v10 is lovely and can't wait to hear it with its new set of pipes since I last saw it

Funny how the r8 exhaust doesn't actually exit through the tailpipes! The tips are just for show....

I think it suits the character of the R8, I heard it at least three minutes before I saw it, and when I did, I thought the exact opposite, that the noise really suited it but wouldn't any RS Avant Audi, it's so loud and thunderous it wouldn't be allowed on the Nurburgring! He had to stop in Milton Keynes on the way down to London and swap it for his B8 S4 as Asbo gave him such a headache. :ROFL:
