How do I remove rear bumper on D3?
 

Hi all, the title say's it all really. I want to get the rear bumper off my 05 D3 and haven't got a clue where to start. I'm having a custom bumper built for front and rear and will be fitting them myself. Any help would be massively appreciated. Thanks

So no hugely different than the D2 in regards to how it's held on there, just remove 2 bolts, no 25. (I think)

Didn't think it was worth starting a new thread,..

How is it done? (Before I hamfistedly wreck the thing) I see there's a worm gear thing etc.

If you go to the D3 common faults section there's a sticky called tech dump and all the D3 PDFs are on there. Open up the exterior body repairs one and full instructions from Audi are in that document. +++
