Audi Cabriolet for Summer?
I have been hit with the desire to have a convertible for the summer...and maybe longer.....have been looking at mg's, mr2's and mx5's but neither really take my fancy especially as they are only 2 seater.
Was looking at Audi Cabriolet 1.8 last night....could anyone advise me on these...i.e Does the smaller engine really give better fuel economy, wat are the problems to look out for and what is the pcd on these (as I have a set of 19" A5 sline wheels with pcd 112 sitting in the garage, which i would be tempted to wack on for the time being)... Thanks |
I have a 2003 A4 3.0 Cabriolet.....
I always liked the Mazda MX5 but when this came along I was sold on it. Have had it for 4 years now and the only real issue has been the Multitronic box. Fuel consumption is quite heavy with the Top Down due to the Drag Factor. The PCD is 5 x 112.... I love driving the Cab..... But the S is still my ride of choice... +++ |

Or Mazda RX8 for that bit different (but beware the oil thirsty rotary engine)! |
BMW Z4 with the love-hate looks+++
oops..this is a 2seater isn't it? |
s2000
it looks pricey to be honest...but it does look quick - the rev counter goes up to 9000rpm??... and the front looks pretty cool....couldnt see the 4 seats though...just 2 like the mx5.
