D2 door card electrical harness: Is there a connector?
 

Hello everyone,

Removed door card and don't see electrical electrical connector on the door card harness to separate the door card from the door.

I suspect the connector can be inside the car, on the other side on the flexible rubber pipe which connects door with the car? Could anyone advise please?

Door card electrics
 

The door card has electric wiring to the following:
Door speakers, interior light, window switch.

The door card itself doesn't have a wiring loom but the above bits in the door card have connectors to connect to...hope that helps...

The loom is continuous through into the doors, unlike most modern motors.

If you want to take the card off completely, you will have to peel all the wiring off the door card.

Its not that hard once you give it a good look over... +++
