For Sale ! 2002 Audi S8 In Silver !!!!

Hi guys,

Testing the water as such to see if there is any interest.

Bought this as a cheap runaround last year and have loved not only the way the big Audi's drive, but the exceptional value for money these cars brings to us enthusiasts. Name me any car that drives as well as an S8 for the money !!!! Not many around !

Anyway here goes....

* 2002 Audi S8 in silver
* Registered 20/03/2002
* Mileage is 108K but will probably go up slightly as still used everyday. (Drives like a car with half the miles though)
* Upgraded RNS-E head unit (costs about a grand) with :
- Sat Nav
- Genuine audi bluetooth
- iPod connection through the display on the dash
* Bose speakers
* Xenon headlights
* Heated front seats
* Dual climate control
* Electric sunroof & windows
* Alloys powder coated and baked in dark grey
* Taxed until 31/08/12
* MOT'd until 01/12/12

The car has a full Audi history to just over 90K and independent onwards. I will list some of the work under taken below so the new buyer knows that all the major expenses have been covered so he/she should have many years hassle free motoring. Or as hassle free as an 8 gives..... LOL

- Cambelt tensioners, water pump & thermostat changed late 2010
- Gearbox oil replaced late 2010
- New tyres fitted December 2010, approx. 4 - 4.5 mm of thread left
- Front suspension bushes and bearing changed April 2011
- Rear disc's and pads changed August 2011
- Full four wheel alignment done Febuary 2012
- New front brakes (Brembo) fitted March 2012

Reason for sale is simply now that I have a taste of these big audi's I like to try either a new S8 or a W12....... something along those lines !!!!!

The car is not perfect and has the odd age related mark as you'd expect from any 10 year old car, but as its good old silver, they aren't easily seen. Unfortunately one alloy has been curbed but I could easily get it repaired if someone wished !

I have probably missed something so any questions please just ask !!!!

The numberplate isn't for sale (unless somebody wants to make me an offer I couldn't refuse LOL) and the cherished transfer will be completed after the sale. The car is also located in Northern Ireland, but I'm happy to collect any potential viewers from any of the local airports (both Belfast International and Belfast City or George Best as its now know, both of which are less than an hour from anywhere in the uk) to help them view the car.

Price is £4999

Not prepared to pay the full asking price ? Then what would you offer ? All offers considered !!!!

Looking good. I like the luggage compartment liner, did it come with the car, or did you purchase it yourself?

Sounds a fair price to me - especially give the rns-e and recent belts
Etc. good luck with sale :)

Ref the load liner, it's not identical to mine but very similar. Thread ref supplier should come up on a search for 'load liner' but can look it up in my
History file if it doesn't

Nollywood

The boot liner isn't specifically for an 8, in fact if you look deeper into the boot at the right hand side you will actually see A4 moulded into it. So its basically one for an Audi A4..... I've had it lying around for a few years and just slipped it in when I bought the 8. Its a little small but better there than not me thinks......

As it was a few years ago I can't really remember what I paid for it but I think it was around £60 or £70.

Hope this helps buddy !!!!
