That's not very nice Dezzy to a 3 poster - he may not see the funny side and will just not come back.....:tuttut:

Try emailing the forum sponsors (a8 parts) and see if they have anything, although I suspect most will be on stock suspension still

I'm sorry i just couldn't help myself, i was saying no, no, no but my fingers, they just carried on typing. Naughty fingers!

I would never meaningfully say anything to actually offend anyone, just a bit of light hearted jest is all.

I wouldn't worry too much - Elvis is going to mutilate an '8 to make his very own supercar from some plumber's pipe....:p

very funny members.thankyou but it is not a plumber pipe chassis it is a 4130 tube chassis

Just in case, I will state the obvious. The shocks in the photo are coil overs. While only the front of a D2 has coilovers, the rear wont take them.

If you are building a tube chasis what sort of suspension will you use? Double wishbone, opposing coilovers?

You would be better looking at the Koni or Bilstin coilovers. Check out e-bay.
