What does the tmc module do?
 

Does anyone know what this does other than communicate between RNs d and instrument cluster???? I have an RNs e now and was wondering if I could just remove this now.

I believe its just that, with the RNS-E its bypassed. its simply used to convert the Bosch data format to canbus for the cluster, and as an added benefit you get TMC data to the RNS-D with a compatible map CD.
