OR just sending my Original Audi 20's to get refurbished and totally mirror polished (so that they look chromed) and space them out.

For what its worth I like your last idea - there was a set of polished diamond cut Final Edition rims on a black 8 in Germany and it looked the dogs danglies +++

Those looked really nice, just think it looks kind of strange when they don't get spaced out, got a good 25mm/30mm gap between the tire wall and arch :-(
